Downsizer Day

Downsizing is a two-part journey: first you need to sell your existing dwelling (often, but not always, a large family home). Then you’ll want to focus on getting your new, smaller home just right. We can assist with either or both parts of this exciting process, taking you from chaos to calm! Our personalised Signature package, Downsizer Day, includes the following services:

  • 3-hour, in-home consultation to identify your needs, budget and aspirations for the future

  • Itemised list of tasks to be undertaken by you (or by us, if required) prior to sale

  • Advice on the downsizing process, including reading lists and how-to guides

  • Answers to any questions you may have about the process

  • Quote (if requested) for assistance with decluttering or preparation of the home for sale

  • Quote (if requested) for assistance with any renovations or styling required for the new home

  • Itemised list of tasks to be undertaken by you (or by us, if required) prior to moving into the new home

  • Mood boards and sample boards so you can identify the style of your new home

  • 1-hour presentation of the results via zoom (or in-house for a small additional fee)

This package is designed to take one full day (3 hours in-home consultation, a further 4-5 hours of my office time then 1 hour presentation of results via zoom). However, depending on your needs it may be spread across more than one day; for instance if you have not yet selected your new, smaller home.
